Who We Are
Reality Care Health Services, Inc. is a residential services agency that is licensed by the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Office of Health Care Quality here in Maryland. We cater to all ages of the population with individualized treatment plans. Our services consist of skilled nursing, companionship, wound care, tube feeding, medication administration, staffing, education, and training. Our team of experts include doctors, nurses, certified nursing assistants, and certified nursing techs. Our teams undergo background checks with the renowned Criminal Justice Information Services. Our health services care for your optimum health. We cannot wait to serve you.

Monday – Friday 7:00 am-2:00 pm
Saturday 5:00 am-9:00 pm (By Appointment)
